All VSLSS orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship worldwide with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Domestic Shipping (Indonesia): 2–5 business days

• International Shipping: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)

• Instant Shipping (Bandung Area): Same-day delivery for orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+7)

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

VSLSS is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or courier-related issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at cs@vslssbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

VSLSS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
